Our seamless logistics involve either direct shipment from suppliers or orchestrated deliveries by contracted drivers. History
With a rich legacy spanning over 78 years in the Greater Cleveland (OH) area, the Williams family has been a stalwart presence in local businesses. In 1945, James Earl Williams founded Elson’s Inc., focusing on retail ventures in nearby communities. As each of his four sons actively participated in these enterprises, Steven Williams emerged as the driving force behind the company's pivot to the industrial manufacturing sector in 1984.
Over the subsequent forty years, with a primary focus on the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, Packaging Tech LLC (PTL) was established in 2017. Evolving from various legacy companies and name changes, PTL swiftly emerged as an industry leader in corrugated and flexible packaging applications. Beyond CPG, PTL's expertise extends to industrial and the US military sectors, driven by a commitment to problem-solving.
The reins of leadership will pass to the third generation, embodied by Steven Jr., who is dedicated to fostering organic growth and implementing established acquisition strategies.

Steven J. Williams
Steven Williams is the owner of Packaging Tech, LLC (PTL) where he currently serves as its President. An accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive, Mr. Williams founded the company and has overseen its meteoric rise in the packaging and distribution space since 2017.
